  • Help the team to meet the accounting department's objectives
  • Ensure compliance with the company's accounting and financial policies
  • Guarantee accurate and timely preparation of the inventory and other reports

Requirements

  • Accounting (or related field) graduates of leading universities preferred
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping and government taxes is a plus

FOOD AND BEVERAGE SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for assisting the managing of all the restaurant's daily operations
  • Manage operations with passion and product knowledge
  • Manage the restaurant to exceed standards in food quality, safety and cleanliness
  • Consistently monitor product and labor costs to remain within targets
  • Solicit guest feedback to understand the needs and wants of customers
  • Train and coach staff on guest services principles, standards and practices

  • Welcome guests upon arrival and provide information about the hotel and its amenities

  • Conduct and Supervise HR administrative tasks including but not limited to - Recruitment, Learning and Development, Employee Engagement, and Payroll and Benefits administration

Requirements

PASTRY CHEF DE PARTIE
COMMISSARY

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for management of the pastry area
  • Develop new desserts and pastry items to continuously renew our menus
  • Manages the kitchen and ensures compliance with all standards and best practices in kitchen operations
  • Responsible for food purchase orders and ensures sufficiency of stocks
  • Active cost controlling and maintaining of food cost is monitored
  • Supervising and training staff members
  • Ensure employee development for future progress and growth
  • Ensure that level of food quality, portion control and plate presentation is adhered consistently at all times

Requirements

  • At Least 1 year experience in a leadership role in the pastry kitchen
