Our Story
Once upon a time, a modest Chinese family took a leap of faith in establishing a lodge that was beyond just an Inn. The World's Oldest Chinatown, on its growing community and blooming commerce, was deserving of a place where dreams were created, milestones were celebrated, and discoveries were treasured. The FIRST international brand was brought to the Manila Chinatown scene in 2012, carrying with it by far the district's first golden lodging and event services at prices that are within reach.

Along with the quest of bringing quality hospitality service to patrons and new tourists, Paradigma International Inc., the official Company name, have not turned away any opportunities where its people and business could grow hand in hand. The Company has ventured out and about with Partners to be their Hospitality and Food and Beverage Managing and Operating arm.

Doors were open to establish Five Spice, Amico Café to esteemed hotel group in the country

Sealed a FnB partnership deal with Wee Community Developers Inc, established Cookbook Café in Upperstory Serviced Apartment, Cubao
